Until the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issues new licenses for the Projects, Great River Hydro will maintain a virtual Public Information Library through this public website where copies of the Notice of Intents (NOIs), Pre-Application Documents (PADs), supporting materials, and unrestricted published studies will be kept. Access to these materials will be open except for sensitive information as described in section 1.4.5.1. of the PADs.
A computer terminal accessing the website and the virtual Public Information Library will be maintained at the Great River Hydro office at 2 Killeen Street, North Walpole, New Hampshire. Access to the facility is controlled and requires an escort and advance notice by contacting Mr. John Ragonese.
